A client relationship is established only after VeroWeb Co. and the client enter into a separate written agreement governing the applicable services.

Any services provided by VeroWeb Co. will be subject to the terms of the applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement between the parties.

If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure of VeroWeb Co. to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of VeroWeb Co.’s right to enforce it at a later time.

15Changes to These Terms
