Yes. On Foundation and Growth System we design your actual homepage, with real layout, real copy and your brand, and show it to you before you pay anything. If you approve it we invoice 50% and build the rest, with the balance due at launch. If you do not approve it you owe nothing. Starter is a single-page build, so it runs on the standard 50% deposit instead.

On Starter, 50% to start and 50% at launch. On Foundation and Growth System, nothing until you have approved the free homepage design, then 50% to begin the build and 50% at launch.

One consolidated set of feedback from you, and one set of changes from us. Structural changes that alter agreed scope are quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

For larger projects, yes. Ask on the review call. We would rather structure something workable than lose a good fit over cash flow timing.

SEO gets you ranked in the classic search results. AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization, gets you quoted by AI assistants and voice search. GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, gets you cited inside AI-written summaries such as Google's AI overviews. They overlap heavily, which is why we treat them as one piece of work rather than three products.

No. Every build includes the on-site SEO and AEO technical setup: site structure, JSON-LD schema, metadata, internal linking and question-and-answer content. That is a one-time implementation delivered with the website, not a monthly retainer. The optional Website Monitor at $395 a month is a separate service for monitoring and updates after launch.

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Rankings depend on competition, domain history and factors nobody controls. What we can promise is that the technical foundation is done correctly and that you can see exactly what was implemented.

Schema and AI-citation changes often appear within one to four weeks once your site is recrawled. Classic ranking movement usually takes four to twelve weeks and depends heavily on how competitive your market is.

A rebuild may not be necessary. The AEO Retrofit at $1,450 restructures existing content and adds the schema needed for AI assistants to cite you, and Google Setup and Google Business Profile optimisation work on any existing site.

Yes. Once the project is paid in full you own the source code, the content and every account we set up, including analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile and domain. There is no platform lock-in and you do not need us to keep the site running.
